So I would consider looking at all three or four and then I think that most people would want to go and use Act. I would say they're leaders in the CRM business and it's very easy to start using it, implementing in your business and then really using it to grow your business. It's a company that's been there for a very, very long time. ![]() Personally, I liked Act because it's very stable. My recommendations for anybody considering Act, is to try two or three CRMs, make sure that they a good fit for you. And so it was a very natural migration to Act again. And then when we went back to Act, it was very easy, because it was super familiar to me. That was the first CRM that I started with, and then we moved to Salesforce. It was very easy to start with Act because that's all I knew from the get go. 'Act has become our bible when it comes to monitoring and managing new memberships, as it let's us trace the entire sales chain from initial contact, so we always know who's done what. And so that's why we decided to go back to Act. CRM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software. And I personally like the reminders and the reports that it had. And it was something that was very familiar to me. I found it to be a better value for us to the easability of using it. One of the reasons I chose Act was the cost versus benefit. We actually started with Act, went to Salesforce and then went back to Act.
